Yes! Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp is no longer a controlled substance. However, it’s still regulated and can only be grown with a permit. In Tennessee, hemp must test at Delta 9 THC ~ 0.3% or lower. All our hemp is Farm Bill Compliant and independently tested. You must be 21 to purchase. Make sure to follow your state laws.
Our products are Farm Bill Compliant, testing at 0.3% Delta 9 THC or lower. You might feel more relaxed or elevated, depending on the strain. IMPORTANT: We comply with the Tennessee Hemp Program and Farm Bill, but we can’t guarantee you’ll pass a drug test due to many variables.

Order by 12 Noon CST, and we’ll ship your product the next business day. We follow each state's guidelines and only ship allowed products. If your state doesn’t allow smokable hemp, we can’t ship it to you. We don’t ship to HI, ID, IA, MS, NH, and SD. Laws change, so contact us with shipping questions. We don’t ship internationally.
We ship all products via USPS. In 2018, a judge ruled that hemp CBD products are mailable, and any seized packages must be returned. The 2018 Farm Bill also created Interstate Commerce for hemp. For more details, visit the USPS website.
Each product package is mailed Priority Mail with a tracking number. Your package should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. If your package is lost or delayed, you will need to file a claim with USPS. You may contact them by calling 1800-ASK-USPS.
