JULY 1st LAW CHANGE: We can no longer ship edibles inside the state of TENNESSEE. We can ship pet products. We CAN SHIP to other states, please message us to determine if your state can receive our products.

All products ordered by 12 noon CST, will be shipped by the following business day. Please allow extra time to process during holidays.

It is legal to ship Hemp/CBD to all allowable states per Pub 52, Part 212 of the USPS shipping rules, and Section 10113 of the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 & the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2014 concerning hemp and CBD products, are followed regarding shipments.​​​​​

Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly refund your money for any UNOPENED retail product with 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of HEMP regulations, we can not accept returns of any opened Hemp/CBD product. Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping not refundable. ​​
